We’re pleased to introduce you to Laura Klassen, who will be Chilliwack Learning Society’s new English as an Additional Language Coordinator, beginning in May.
Laura holds a Teaching English as a Second Language Certificate and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in English Literature from UFV. Additionally, she has recently completed the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Bootcamp, familiarizing herself with this tool for assessing learners. From what we’ve seen in our brief time with Laura, she will complement the team well.
At the same time, Caitlin Parray will be missed. We wish her much enjoyment as she embarks on the journey of becoming a new mother.
