2017 Sleep Literacy Challenge
It's that time of year again, our City-Wide Literacy Challenge!
This year we're partnering with the Chilliwack Child and Youth Committee and Live 5-2-1-0 for a Sleep Literacy Challenge, open for people of all ages.
From February 1 to March 17 you can participate by:
- turning off all screens an hour before bed;
- reading a book before bed, by yourself or aloud with someone else;
- getting the proper amount of sleep for your age.
Mark the dates that you accomplish all three. On what? A piece of paper, your phone, computer, or this calendar. You can start at any time.
When the Challenge is over, email us so we can celebrate with you. We'll enter your name into a draw - you could win a prize!
